Weight losing and Increasing by Apple and Carrot



Apples and carrots with health enhancing properties are located through them in our body. Use of these two can be in health benefits in reducing obesity and for increasing weight as well. 

For obesity loss/ Decreasing Weight:  

Clean way to wash and Peel  carrots and apple. 

Grater both the equal quantity and weight as shown in above picture. 

Consume both in equal quantity in one after another in equal spoons breakfast.

Do not consume anything for 2 to 3 hours after consuming mixture in breakfast.

Its consumption provides power to our body and due to fiber in its mixture human body do not feel hunger for long time.

It will create new blood in the body and energizes-sprightliness. 

It also makes our face glow better and attractive in personality.



Increase weight: 

Clean way to wash and Peel  carrots and apple. 

Grater both the equal quantity and weight as shown in above heading picture. 

Make mixture of both in equal quantity

Consume the mixture after taking lunch.

Its consumption will create new blood cells  in the body and increase digestion system of body and fat with extra power body received from healthy lunch will result in increase in weight.
